This time of year is well known for baked goods.  So, it can be hard for vegans who are trying to figure out what to use instead of eggs.  Well, I think I’ve figured out the perfect solution for you!

Ingredients
  1. 1 TBS Chia Seeds
  2. 3 TBS Water
Instructions
  1. Grind the chia seeds-I use a coffee grinder for this.
  2. Next, mix the ground chia with water and let it sit for a few minutes until it becomes the consistency of egg.
  3. Add to your recipe and you're done!
Notes
  1. It's best to make this egg substitute before anything else in the recipe so that's ready when you go to use it.
