 2 large ripe avocados
 1 lime, juiced
 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  cup chopped scallion
  cup chopped red bell pepper
 14.50 oz diced tomatoes with jalapeños (drained)
 ¼ cup snipped fresh cilantro
 2 tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos

Prepare the avocados: Slice them in half and remove the pits. Use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh.

Mash the avocados: Place the flesh in a medium-sized bowl and mash to your desired consistency.
